Switch on and choose a function: Turn the function knob (1) from 0 to the cooking function you want from the "Oven functions" symbols around it (e.g. Grill, Conventional heat, Fan, Bottom heat). Turning it away from 0 switches the oven on.
Set the temperature: Turn the temperature knob (2) to the temperature you want (50–250°C). The oven heats up on its own. The indicator light (3) stays on while it heats and goes out when the set temperature is reached.
Switch off: When you've finished cooking, turn the function knob (1) back to 0 (4). Then turn the temperature knob (2) back to its lowest setting.
